At Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens, we are dedicated to honoring your loved one with the dignity and compassion they deserve — before, during, and long after the service. Our goal is to maintain a beautiful and peaceful resting place where family and friends can find comfort whenever they visit. While we take great care to keep the grounds serene, certain times — such as periods of inclement weather or scheduled maintenance — may temporarily affect the appearance of the cemetery..

At times, weather or necessary maintenance may briefly affect the appearance of the cemetery, but our commitment to preserving a serene and welcoming environment never wavers.
Once we receive your request, our team will address it within two weeks. If the matter requires additional time or resources, we will keep you informed and provide an expected completion date.
After your request has been completed, we will notify you right away. When possible, we’ll also provide a photo of the repair or update. In addition, we will follow up to ensure the work meets your expectations.
